Haganis is a public industrial organisation, that notably handles waste from the Metz area (230,000 unhabitants in north east France). Haganis Waste to Energy facilities is equipped with two incineration ovens (total capacity of 16 tons per hour).

Dioxin and furans from the fumes of the two incineration lines will be soon monitored by Environnement S.A's AMESA system.
