Bharat Oman Refineries Limited (BORL), a company promoted by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and Oman Oil Company Limited (OOCL), is setting up a 6 MMTPA grass root refinery at Bina (District Sagar, Madhya Pradesh) adopting state of art technologies designed to process Arab Mix crud and other types of Middle East crudes.

4 fixed stations will be delivered by Environnement S.A India Pvt Ltd (Indian subsidiary of Environnement S.A) to monitor air quality on the area of the refinery.
