Wastewater Treatment Plant in Paris Area

SIAAP is a public company that treats the wastewater generated by more than 8 million people in the Paris area, as well as the area's stormwater, in order to return water that is suitable for natural development to the Seine and Marne rivers. SIAAP manages 3 million cubic meters of wastewater per day, which is transported through its 530 km of sewers and treated by its five wastewater treatment plants.

Company OTV (subsidiary of Veolia) has been awarded a contract by SIAAP to modernize and extend the Marne Aval waste water treatment plant (located in Noisy Le Grand, western Paris city). The works notably include a sludge treatment, with a 2-line fluidized bed incinerator and a ultra performing gas treatment.

Environnement S.A will assure the supply of two complete CEMS using FTIR technology (MIR FT) for monitoring the fumes of the two units.
